**Attention Masters Division Archers** - The Masters State Championship is being held in conjunction with the Arizona State Outdoor Championships. When registering for the event Master division archers will be able to select from Master 50, Master 60, and Master 70 in their respective bow discipline. A 2024 USA Archery Arizona State Master Champion will be awarded based on their 72 arrow qualification score on Saturday. All Masters will then be included in the elimination match under the Master 50+ designation for Sunday.

USAA-ARIZONA Outdoor Championship Format

  • Saturday 10/19/2024 - 72 Arrow Qualification

    • Two (2) Scoring of 36 arrows for a total of 72 arrows and a max score of 720.

    • 10 Minute Intermission between Scoring Rounds

    • Masters State Championship Awards based on 72 Arrow Qualification

  • Sunday 10/20/2024 - Eliminations and Medal Matches

    • Elimination Rounds

Target Face – Recurve and Barebow shooters will shoot at a 122cm target face. Compound and Fixed Pins shooters will shoot at a 80cm 6-ring target face. 

MEMBERSHIP – USAA/NAA membership listing Arizona residence is required to compete for the State Championship recognition. If your USAA membership expires prior to the official start date of the tournament, your application will not be considered complete until your current membership is on file with the USAA. Important Information about how to determine your correct shooting division:

Senior = 21+

Master = 50-59/60-69/70+

U21 = “Junior” through the calendar year of their 20th birthday

U18 = “Cadet” through the calendar year of their 17th birthday

U15 = “Cub” through the calendar year of their 14th birthday 

U13 = “Bowman” through the calendar year of their 12th birthday

FOOD / BEVERAGE

Corner Archery may have a snack bar with drinks and snacks available to purchase.

Water will be free for all archers available near the D.O.S. stand.

There will be NO food vendor on site. Food/Restaurants are located east of the I-17 on Carefree Hwy.

Athletes, Please bring your own chairs. Spectators will need chairs and canopy for shade

COACHES: If you are planning to attend and wish to have access to the Coaches area directly behind the athlete area, you will need to submit you credentials prior to October 9th, 2024 for verification.
